Returns/Exchanges:

• We have a comprehensive 60 DAY RETURN POLICY. No need to e-mail us, just mail us back the item.
• Your package to us MUST include your original invoice.
• Refunds are processed 1-5 business days from our receiving them.
• We send all packages 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For. (This means you will need to accept your package, or pick it up at your local Post Office)
• This will enable us to track your package's progress and guard against loss or damage. 

 

EXCHANGES:

• Simply order your preferred size from our store (as if you were ordering new) and then send back your old item for a refund at your convenience.
• This doubles the expedition of your item, since we do not need to wait for your item to send out a new one. 
• If you do not have the finances to effect a speedy exchange in the above manner, please include a letter stating specifically what size, pattern, and product you'd like to exchange.
